Touch International introduces their new capacitive controller to the market
Austin, TX – February 06, 2007 – Touch International announced the release of their new capacitive controller. The new capacitive controller has enhanced EMI protection, better power modes, and increased overall functionality.
“TI’s new Capacitive Controller leads the industry in performance and power while simultaneously maintaining industry standards,” said Kelvin Tran, Vice President of Engineering at Touch International, “TI does this by using the same board size and mounting hole locations used by industry competitors. Switching to the new capacitive controller will be seamless, we’ve put quite a bit of effort to ensure our customers will have a minimal amount of downtime. We’re very excited about this new product.”
Measured at 1.300 inches (33.02 mm) wide and 2.441 inches long (62.00mm), Touch International’s new controller packs a lot of power in a small package. Touch International will begin taking orders for this controller on March 1, 2007. Both USB and Serial controller drawings are available on the website.
