The Chinese version of the website is available at www.touchinternational.com/cn/index-cn.html.
“We have a large international customer base and we want to make sure that our website is readily accessible to them in the languages that they are most comfortable with,” explains Kelly Leff, Marketing Director for Touch International. “Adding a Chinese translation to our website is just part of our efforts to strengthen customer relationships; it is also an opportunity to connect with audiences that we were previously unable to reach.”
The Chinese website can also be accessed from www.touchinternational.com by selecting the Chinese option in the top right corner of each web page. The company will soon add German to its list of website languages in an effort to reach additional international audiences.
Translating Touch International’s website into additional languages is just part of the touch screen manufacturer’s customer relations initiative. It has also created a customer feedback program, allowing customers to submit feedback about their Touch International experiences.
