Product End-of-Life Announcement Curved Capacitive Touch Screens
Austin, TX – November 01, 2007 – Touch International, a provider of world-class quality products and services, is committed to being the most responsive and solution-oriented touch screen manufacturer; focusing resources on technologies and product which provide the highest value to customers. Given this focus, an ongoing shift within the display market to flat and larger formats, and the continued reduction in curved capacitive product demand, Touch International announces the end of life (EOL) for all curved capacitive production effective April 30, 2008. Touch International will continue to support and honor warranty repair and/or replacement requests so long as supported by product inventory; following which, credit will be given for product returned under warranty conditions. Curved capacitive product technical support will continue to be provided for the products’ full warranty period.

Transition Strategy
Touch International will continue to provide its full family of flat capacitive product, which includes optically enhanced, large format and projected capacitive products. To better satisfy customers’ needs in the marketplace and provide the highest value in a capacitive product, Touch International will soon be making available a new series of capacitive touch screens introducing new sizes, durability, functionality, and appearance options.
