Custom Cover Glass Processing

Touch International designs and processes custom cover glass and cover lens solutions for touchscreen display assemblies. Cover glass can be customized with graphics, buttons, cutouts, pinholes for LED indicators and cameras, and color treatments using specialized ink sets. We work with glass, acrylic, polycarbonate, and film substrates to meet the optical, environmental, and aesthetic requirements of your program.

Optical Bonding & Perimeter Bonding

Optical bonding eliminates the air gap between the display and cover glass, improving optical clarity, reducing reflections, and increasing display durability. Touch International offers full optical bonding as well as perimeter bonding using UV curable adhesives. Both bonding methods are available depending on the optical performance and environmental requirements of your program.

Laser Etching

Touch International uses laser etching for precise surface marking on cover glass and touch panel assemblies. Laser etching is used for custom graphics, part identification, serial numbers, and decorative treatments. It produces permanent, high-resolution marks without affecting the structural integrity of the substrate.
