COVID-19 “Stay Home – Work Safe” Order 20200324-007 in Austin, Texas

To Our Valued Customers,

As COVID-19 continues to spread within the US, many companies and businesses are being forced to shut down to mitigate the spread of the virus.  We are reviewing this pandemic very carefully with our state and the federal government. Our employees are all observing the recommendations to help flatten the curve, including eliminating travel, canceling in-person meetings, extra sanitation procedures, wearing PPE, and social distancing.  We are doing everything that we can to make sure our employees, their families, and our business partners are safe and have taken precautionary steps with our supply chains to secure raw material inventory.

The City of Austin has issued its “Stay Home – Work Safe” Order 20200324-007 effective midnight tonight (March 24, 2020). However, Touch International will remain open and continue full production as we are part of multiple essential supply chains and will continue to support all of our customers during this difficult time.

No delays or disruptions with orders are expected currently, and we will keep the flow of our products moving. If you have any questions please feel free to call 512.832.8292 or email our team at [email protected]

We hope that your employees and their families are able to stay safe, secure, and healthy during this catastrophic event.

Best Regards,

Touch International
